HR tasks:
• Conducting candidate recruitment (screening resumes, conducting interviews, preparing job offers, welcoming new employees), etc.
• Submitting monthly payrolls.
• Managing issues related to Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI) for employees.
• Handling employer’s Labour contracts.
• Managing employee attendance logs.
• Act as point of contact for employees inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and other related matters.
• Create and maintain employee engagement.
Admin tasks:
• Managing monthly and daily stock in and out of the warehouse.
• Submitting monthly online sales reports to Director/Headquarters.
• Supporting the E-commerce team on issues related to stock, ensuring VAT invoices are provided to customers. Working with distributors on issues related to purchase orders, VAT invoices.
• Collaborating with agencies on issues related to the company's operational risks, tax reports, VAT invoices.
• Managing all contracts related to the company.
• Submitting office weekly expense to Director.
• Processing paperwork.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English, speak Mandarin is preference
• Age: 27-35
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Patience, careful and responsible
• Have personal laptop
