Digital Marketing

● Develop and implement digital advertising campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention
● Analyze and optimize digital ads, conversion funnels to improve ROI
● Ensure effective web analytics and tracking systems are in place to provide actionable insights and data-driven decision making
● Oversee digital system architecture, ensuring all digital tools and platforms are integrated and functioning optimally
● Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, and provide insights into trends and opportunities
● Develop buyer personas and strategies to effectively target and engage with key customer segments
● Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and optimization

● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
● 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or related field
● Strong understanding of web analytics, SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels
● Proven experience optimizing digital advertising campaigns and conversion funnels
● Demonstrated experience in digital system architecture and integration
● Strong research and analytical skills, with experience conducting market research and developing buyer personas
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
